Services

HHS Hacienda Heights Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Hacienda Heights, California and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Actual project costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and other factors discovered during the course of work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once you accept an estimate and schedule service, we will do our best to complete the work on the agreed-upon date. However, delays due to weather, material shortages, permit issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Materials are covered by the manufacturer warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Limitation of Liability

HHS Hacienda Heights Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

We carry general liability insurance and are licensed contractors. However, you are responsible for verifying property lines and obtaining any necessary approvals from neighbors or homeowners associations before work begins.

Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets are secured during our visit. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items that were not properly marked or disclosed before work began.

If we encounter unexpected site conditions that significantly affect the project scope or cost, we will notify you immediately and discuss options before proceeding.
